Kate's dress going to Fashion House

The popular tourist attraction London's Buckingham Palace, always a it's open(for the two months) to the public in the summer, will soon have an even bigger draw: Catherine Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

The royal wedding web site posted news Monday that the newlywed Duchess of Cambridge's ivory and white satin organza confection, designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, is to go on display along with her veil, the Cartier "Halo" tiara she wore, the ivory satin wedding shoes, and the pear-shaped diamond earrings in the new Middleton family coat of arms .

Also, the royal wedding cake, by pastry chef Fiona Cairns, will be on display in the State Dining Room when Buck House, as the palace is irreverently called, opens July 23 for its annual summer run, when the queen and the royal family usually decamp to Balmoral, their vacation estate in Scotland.
The exhibition, which also includes a show of royal Fabergé, will continue until Oct. 3.

Buckingham Palace, the queen's official London residence, was first opened to visitors in 1993, after a costly fire at Windsor Castle forced the royal household to find new sources of revenue to pay for renovation. It's proved so popular the queen has allowed the annual event to continue.

More tourist will visit those dress in Buckingham Palace.
