The Duchess of Cambridge and Duke of Cambridge, aka Kate Middleton and Prince William, attended the ARK 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner at Perk’s Field London Thursday evening where they are the guests of honor, Stepping out for their first official public engagement since they got married.
Kate, 29, looked every inch the princess in her pearlescent rose sequin gown with Swarovski crystal by British designer Jenny Packham. It is from Packham's New York Spring 2011 runway show.
With William placing a guiding hand on his wife's back, Kate giggled a little as she stopped on the purple carpet for photographs, reports People.com.
ARK founder Arpad Busson told reporters he was thrilled that the royal couple were the guests of honor. William and Kate, "bridge the generations," said Busson, according to People. "We need to get young philanthropists involved with us. They could not have been a better choice." iam very happy and exited.
Elizabeth Hurley and David Furnish were also among the guests.
