The newly married Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will soon be shifting to their 'starter home' at Kensington Palace, where Prince William and Prince Harry once lived with their late mother, Princess Diana.
The Telegraph reports that the newlyweds are expected to move into the Palace within weeks, in advance of their trip Canada and California.
The royal couple has chosen to embark on married life in a 'modest' apartment in the historic royal residence, which was provided as a home to the Princess of Wales following her divorce from Prince Cha

A spokesperson for St. James' Palace said "The couple's official London residence will temporarily become a property at Kensington Palace." He added that because the apartment is small, other options are being considered as a long-term residence in London. But the St. James spokesperson did clarify that "The couple's main home will continue to be their house on Anglesey, and their Household Office will continue to be based at St James's Palace."

It has been confirmed that the couple will continue to use their rented farmhouse on the island of Anglesey, as their main home but will stay at Kensington Palace when in London.
