Lindsay: I Want To Start Community Service

Lindsay was singed to do community service for probation violation, for this she is now going to start community service now.
Apparently Lindsay Lohan was serious when she signed up to do her community service for that probation violation, because it is learned Lindsay already registered for community service.

Lindsay's lawyer went earlier this week to the Volunteer Center in West Los Angeles, the place where defendants register for community service.

Shawn Holley filed forms declaring Lindsay's intention to perform 360 hours of community service at the Downtown Women's Center.

Sources say Lindsay wants to start working at the Women's Center this week, but the honchos at the organization want to wait 'til next week for some extravagant things.

As for what Lindsay will be doing at the Woman's Center, the decision has not been made. We're told the execs at the Women's Center will pick the job that "fits the skills of the person doing community service."

Finally the marriage of William, Kate celibrated

Finally, London is in totally surrounded with pleasure and happiness because of marriage of William and Kate. All people of the world enjoyed the celebration live by different TV channel.

Prince William and Catherine Middleton(Kate) sealed their wedding vows with a traditional kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace Friday as millions in London and around the world roared their approvment.

The short peck — and a slightly longer smooch a couple of minutes later — followed a glittering service at Westminster Abbey in which the prince and the newly created
Duchess of Cambridge were pronounced husband and wife.

The kisses were followed by a traditional fly-by of vintage and modern planes from Britain's Royal Air Force.

About two hours later, the couple surprised crowds gathered outside the palace by emerging in a blue convertible Aston Martin and driving around for a few minutes. The car was decorated with a multicolored ribbon across the hood and dragged what appeared to be tin cans, a traditional British touch.

The couple took their vows at about 11:15 a.m. with the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, officiating.

The prince, dressed in the resplendent red tunic of the Irish Guards, appeared to initially struggle to get the wedding ring, made of Welsh gold, onto the elegant, tiara-bedecked Middleton's finger.

William said "I will" in a clear confident voice, when asked if he would "love, comfort, honor and keep" Middleton, She appeared slightly emotional as she repeated her vows.

The prince was spotted winking at his new bride — the first "commoner" to marry a prince in close proximity to the throne in more than 350 years — after they exchanged commitment.

The ceremony ended at about 12 noon and the newly wed couple traveled along street lined with even more ecstatic crowds in an open carriage.

Both smiled and waved as they made the journey, surrounded by cavalry soldiers in dress uniforms to Buckingham Palace. That's a charming time.

The palace announced early Friday that the couple would be known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Middleton will now be "Her Royal Highness" and also Princess William of Wales, but the latter title will not be used.

Colletti himself is currently dating "Dancing With the Stars" contestant Chelsea Kane, but he doesn't feel the need to put a ring on it just yet. "That's not something, that's on my mind right now" he replied. "Of course I'd like to get married within someday !".

Many of Cavallari's other former co-stars have remained mum on the subject, but former star of "The City" Whitney Port sent her love and support on Twitter. " she wrote. "So happy for you, much love for you.

"Gosh, top moment, I think I had a couple," Cavallari told MTV News last year, recalling her rooftop fight with Audrina over Justin. "I think my biggest thing was the first episode, where I really came in with a bang," she laughed. "And it was like, 'All right, clearly I'm back now."

A Historic Marriage Ceremony Is Coming On 29th April

A historic marriage will be held in London on next 29th April.Prince William and kate are going to be tied. Total world is exited about it.

There is a great planning to celebrate Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding on Friday.

The royal wedding venue will be decked out with an avenue of trees, some of which will be up to 20 ft. tall, lining the aisle leading to the altar. And much of the greenery is coming straight from the royal estates.

The couple are spending Wednesday in meetings and may be involved in some rehearsals – most likely out of sight at Clarence House – for the wedding, which has been five months in the planning. That also increased the importance.

Early Wednesday morning, about one thousand members of the British military go through the wedding service, and their objective seemed clear: to safeguard bride Kate Middleton without obscuring the crowd's view of her come Friday's wedding day. There were hundreds and hundreds of mounted military, all on horseback," says Janelle Howell, who has been camping outside Westminster Abbey since Tuesday. "And then the cars and coaches came. Dozens of them. And people got out of each car and entered the church, just like the guests will. It is also essential to take step to easy perking.
Like most young couples, William and Kate Middleton knew exactly what music they wanted at their wedding day. But instead of a deejay or even a wedding band, they've got the London Chamber Orchestra.
Kate Middleton's wedding dress is undoubtedly the best-kept secret of the moment – but that doesn't mean we can't fantasize about her beautiful gown.

How ever, now just a wait for the wedding day.

An Evening With Randy and Evi

When we last left Randy and Evi Quaid they along with the help of their attorney's had applied for and received approval for Randy to apply for refugee status in Canada. Randy hasn't stayed still and he hasn't strayed too far from his performance roots having recently put on a packed show consisting of both a critically acclaimed Canadian indie film, "Real Time" and the rough cut of an art house film produced and directed by his wife Evi and temporarily named after h,is notorious quote, "Star Whackers".

The latter was clearly an art house film, not for the squeamish but well worth seeing if you're a Randy Quaid fan. This was followed with a performance featuring , and performed by Randy and the Fugitives along with some dancing in the aisles. I noted that the drummer in Randy''s band was none other than John Shewfelt, a key lawyer in his immigration law team. John handled his sticks better than the judge pounding the gavel on the Bernie Madoff case.

He was accompanied on stage with what appeared to be a loyal group of fans that included a great source of entertainment.

In what could only be interpreted as a generous gesture of gratitude to Canada and others seeking refugee status in Canada, Randy donated all proceeds of the evening to a Canadian Refugee charity, I think he's a step ahead of Charlie when it comes to charitable generosity.

On the evening there's a huge crowd and all are the fan's of Randy Quaid.

Sarkozy, Berlusconi to meet Tuesday

Italy is in favour of giving the European Union’s Schengen accord a “roadworthiness test”, Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said Sunday ahead of a crisis summit between French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in Rome on Tuesday.

France has caused uproar by proposing to make it easier for countries to suspend the agreement’s
to make it easier for countries to suspend
The principle is not up for discussion but an analysis of how Schengen is suited to a “rapidly changing” world might be appropriate, Frattini told.

Sarkozy and Berlusconi will issue a joint declaration aimed at European institutions and revolt-hit Arab countries after their meeting, Frattini included.

An 8 April meeting of the two countries’ interior ministers which failed to resolve the migrants row.

The summit will also touch on other questions, including:

Libya, Tunetia, France and the UK led calls for air strikes - Italy, which has economic interests in its former colony, was less keen on confronting Moammer Gaddhafi but has now recognised the rebel Transitional National Council.

The discussion is most important for every mentioned country. So it is very important meeting.

Drone won't win in Libya

Unmanned aerial combat vehicles, better known as Predator or Reaper drones, are sleek, small, flexible planes that look like gliders. They have capabilities that larger, heavier manned jet aircraft do not possess.Drone is essential for spotless attack.

Drones are cheaper to use than planes. If they are shot down, no U.S. pilot is killed or captured. And because they are unmanned, President Barack Obama uses them in places where, for political reasons, he does not want a significant U.S. military presence.

Yet that is the fatal attraction of drones, they may not seem like a weapon of war but they are.

On Friday, CNN reported that the United States had begun using combat drones in Libya. CNN also reported that a drone attack in Pakistan had killed at least 25 people -- a third of them women and children.

As this death toll demonstrates, drones are battlefield weapons. Predators and Reapers launch Hellfire missiles or drop bombs weighing up to 500 pounds -- firepower only permitted in armed conflict. The United States is not in an armed conflict in Pakistan; it is not supposed to be in one in Libya.

In Pakistan, despite continuous drone attacks since 2004, the terrorism threat remains. In 2010, the United States attacked more than 110 times, killing 600 to 700 people. Greg Miller of The Washington Post has reported that in all of those strikes only two people on a list of high-level terrorism suspects were killed.

Top counter terrorism experts from the Rand Corp. to the Obama administration have said the use of military force, which includes combat drones, is counterproductive to the goal of ending terrorist groups. Bob Woodward revealed in his book, "Obama's Wars," that the president knows this:

"Despite the CIA's love affair with unmanned aerial vehicles such as Predators, Obama understood with increasing clarity that the United States would not get a lasting, durable effect with drone attacks."Drones are likely to be just as ineffective in Libya. The official U.S. aim there is civilian protection. U.N. Security Council Resolution 1973 of March 17 says the use of "all necessary measures" is authorized "to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under threat of attack in" Libya.

The resolution responded to the imminent rout of Libyan rebels from Benghazi, and the fear that Libyan armed forces would exact revenge on civilians left behind. The resolution did not authorize outside intervention in a civil war. Indeed, an earlier resolution, Resolution 1970, imposes a weapons embargo on all of Libya. Resolution 1973 continues that embargo with an exception to establish a "no-fly" zone and take other steps to protect civilians.

After defending Benghazi, the U.S. should have turned immediately to seeking a peaceful end of the crisis. The U.S. rejected out of hand the African Union peace initiative, thereby putting no pressure on the rebels to come to the table. Obama, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and British Prime Minister David Cameron instead took the new position that Moammar Gaddhafi must go as a condition of ending the use of force.
Perhaps the U.S. aim is not primarily civilian protection but regime change? If so, drone attacks will be no more helpful to that aim than to civilian protection. Air attacks can keep the rebels in the fight but cannot win the war for them. A civil war can only be won by control of territory, not control of the air.

Controlling territory requires military and civilian leadership, organization, training and equipment to defeat the Libyan army and replace the government. The rebels have deficits in all of these categories. Even if air attacks could buy NATO time to try to organize and train the rebels, Resolution 1970 does not permit arming the rebels.

Sending drones to Libya is unlikely to bring the rebels a military victory. Drones are likely to prolong the fighting and the deaths of civilians. Sending drones does not even help Obama keep his promise that NATO would take the lead. Drones controlled by the U.S. deploy major military force.

Drones give the appearance of a sophisticated, high-tech policy, not involving a big U.S. military presence. What they really give us is death and destruction that will not lead to the end of terrorism in Pakistan -- or peace in Libya.(By_CNN)

Biography of Jennifer Lopez

Name:Jennifer Lopez

Born: July 24, 1969

Jennifer Lopez's first serious screen role in Gregory_Nava's 1995 Latino melodrama My_Family followed years of training in television movies and series. Like Rosie Perez, Lopez began her career as a Fly Girl a dancer on the sketch comedy, In Living Color and appeared in mu
sic videos by Puff_Daddy and Janet_Jackson. Her big chance came in 1997 when she appeared in the title role of Nava's Selena, the story of the successful Tejano singer who was tragically murdered.

Lopez was at first cast as a femme fatale due in no small part to her classic Latina beauty and worked almost exclusively with acclaimed directors: Francis_Ford Coppola (Jack, 1996), Oliver Stone (U-Turn, 1997), and Bob_Rafelson (Blood and Wine, 1996). In 1998, she had one of her most acclaimed roles, starring opposite George_Clooney in Out of Sight, Steven_Soderbergh's adaptation the Elmore_Leonard novel. Cast as a deputy federal marshal who falls for a charming criminal (Clooney), Lopez won raves for her tough, sexy performance, and in the process, she became the highest paid Latina actress in Hollywood history. That same year, she earned an introduction to a new generation of fans by lending her voice to the popular Antz (1998). The lavish but much more adult-oriented thriller The_Cell (2000) followed shortly thereafter, bringing Lopez one of her first number one beginnings.

In an attempt to curry favor from the rom-com crowd, Lopez lightened things up a bit opposite Matthew McConaughey in 2001's romantic comedy The_Wedding_Planner. Though Lopez was consistently smooth in her frequent transitions from actress to songstress, her next role in the supernatural romance Angel_Eyes (2001) failed to click with audiences and critics alike, and her role in the cathartic revenge thriller Enough (2002) likewise disappeared from theaters shortly after its release. Though Maid in Manhattan (2002) was ultimately relegated to a similar fate as her last few films, few could anticipate the outright hostility with which her 2003 comedy Gigli would be greeted. In the movie, Lopez was cast as a female gangster. The harsh public backlash against the film was likely due to over-saturated media coverage of the duo's tumultuous off-screen relationship. Though the film's failure wasn't exactly what one would call a career-ender for either star, their shoddy onscreen dynamic reportedly led director Kevin_Smith to excise most of Lopez' role in the Affleck-starrer Jersey Girl.

Finally, in 2005, it appeared the actress' string of bad box-office luck had possibly reached its end. Teaming up with Jane Fonda for the latter thespian's first feature in over a decade, Lopez scored a modest hit with the comedy Monster In-Law. The Lasse Hallstrom-helmed drama An Unfinished Life followed later the same year with Lopez opposite heavy-hitters Robert Redford and Morgan Freeman.

In 2006, Lopez tried her hand at producing with Bordertown, a thriller she also starred in opposite Antonio Banderas.

In addition to her screen work, Lopez has also enjoyed a successful singing career on the dance-pop circuit.
now she is most popular through all over the world.

List of guests of Prince William and Kate Middleton

The list of wedding guests of Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton has published on last Saturday.there are one thousand and nine hundred guests been invited.
On 16 and 17 February, three sets of guest lists were sent out in the name of the Queen. As William is not the heir apparent, protocol has dictated that many guests who were invited to the wedding of Charles, Prince of Wales, and Lady Diana Spencer on 29 July 1981 need not be invited to William's wedding. More than half of the guests will be family and friends of the couple, though there will be a significant number of Commonwealth leaders members of religious organizations, the diplomatic corps, several military officials, members of the British Royal Household, members of foreign royal families, and representatives of William's charities and others with whom William has worked on official business. Although St James's Palace declined to publish the names of those invited, a breakdown of guests was published by category−the list made no mention of foreign heads of state, though it was announced that about 40 members of foreign royal families had been invited.

The first list, consisting of about 1,900 people, is of attendees to the ceremony in the abbey. The second list of approximately 600 people is of those invited to the luncheon reception at Buckingham Palace, hosted by the Queen. The final list, containing about 300 names, is for the evening dinner hosted by the Prince of Wales.

On 19th April Sean Cardinal Brady, Primate of All Ireland said he will attend. The invitation to the event and its acceptance, have been described as “unprecedented” by a spokesman for Ireland’s Catholic bishops. The spokesman attributed the invitation to Cardinal Brady’s contribution to the peace process.
( route)
there is no name of Obama, Brown, and last prime minister Tony Blayer in the list of guest.

the ceremony will be held on April 29 in abbey.

Emma Watson's new decision

Last month, the actress announced that she’d be taking a break from her studies for her professional commitments.

But outlets like the New York Daily News are spreading a rumor that harassment from other students may have forced Watson from school; specifically, that the Harry Potter star’s “brainy ways may have led to her classmates’ heckling.”

According to a so-called “insider” for the paper, Watson would be mocked with incessant, snide Potter references when she participated in her class.

There were also reports of Watson being heckled while attending a Brown-Harvard football game and otherwise being harassed about her fame.

So did her peers’ comments actually chase Watson from college?

Not at all.

A rep for Watson tells Gossip Cop the story is completely false.

“There isn’t a grain of truth in it,” we’re told.

Watson “absolutely loved her time at Brown and made lots of great friends,” only leaving because she’s decided “to pursue a different course which sadly Brown does not offer.”

She will transfer to a new school for the fall.

Last month she were out of university for the acting. She is now intend to get admitted into a new university.

Biography for president Barack Obama

Date of birth:4 August 1961, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA

Birth Name:Barack Hussein Obama II

Nickname:BarryBamaRockThe OneNo Drama Obama

Height:6' 1" (1.85 m)

Barack Obama was born to a white American mother, Ann Dunham, and a black Kenyan father, Barack Obama Sr., who were both young college students at the University of Hawaii. When his father left for Harvard, she and Barack stayed behind, and his father ultimately returned alone to Kenya, where he worked as a government economist. Barack's mother remarried an Indonesian oil manager and moved to Jakarta when Barack was six years old. He later recounted Indonesia as simultaneously lush and a harrowing exposure to tropical poverty. He returned to Hawaii, where he was brought up largely by his grandparents. The family lived in a small apartment. His grandfather was a furniture salesman and an unsuccessful insurance agent and his grandmother worked in a bank - but Barack managed to get into Punahou School, Hawaii's top prep academy. His father wrote to him regularly but, though he traveled around the world on official business for Kenya, he visited only once, when Barack was ten.

Obama attended Columbia University, but found New York's racial tension inescapable. He became a community organizer for a small Chicago church-based group for 3 years, helping poor South Side residents cope with a wave of plant closings. He then attended Harvard Law School, and in 1990 became the first African-American editor of the Harvard Law Review. He turned down a prestigious judicial clerkship, choosing instead to practice civil-rights law back in Chicago, representing victims of housing and employment discrimination and working on voting-rights legislation. He also began teaching at the University of Chicago Law School, and married Michelle Robinson, a fellow attorney. Eventually he was elected to the Illinois state senate, where his district included both Hyde Park and some of the poorest ghettos on the South.

In 2004 Obama was elected to the U.S. Senate as a Democrat, representing Illinois, and he gained national attention by giving a rousing and well-received keynote speech at the Democratic National Convention in Boston. In 2008 he ran for President, and despite having only four years of national political experience, he won. In January 2009,
he was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, and the first African-American ever elected to that honorable position.

'Lionel Messi' the superstar of football

Leonel Messy, born 24 June 1987 is an Argentine footballer who currently plays for FC Barcelona and the Argentina national team as a forward or winger. He also holds Spanish citizenship, which makes him eligible as a EU player. Considered one of the best football players of his generation and frequently cited as the world's best contemporary player,Messi received several Ballon d'Or and FIFA World Player prize. He also won the 2010 FIFA Ballon d'Or at the age of 23.His playing style and ability have drawn comparisons to Diego Maradona, who himself declared Messi his "Duplicate".

Messi began playing football at a young age and his potential was quickly identified by Barcelona. His breakthrough season was in the 2006–07 season; he became a first team regular, scoring a hat-trick in El Clásico and finishing with 14 goals in 26 league matches. Messi then had the most successful season of his playing career, the 2008–09 season, in which he scored 38 goals to play an integral part in a treble-winning campaign. This record breaking season was then eclipsed in the following 2009–10 campaign, where Messi scored 47 goals in all competitions, equaling Ronaldo's record total for Barcelona. He finally surpassed this record in the 2010–11 season scoring his 49th goal in April.

Shortly thereafter, he became an established member of Argentina's senior international team. Carlos Slim: The World's Richest Man

Carlos Slim Helu is in the headlines this week after Forbes Magazine named him the world's top billionaire, putting him ahead of the likes of Microsoft founder Bill Gates and legendary American investor Buffett.

But unlike Gates, who was last year's top billionaire, and Buffett, who held the title a year before, Mexican native Slim hasn't exactly been a household name in the America and he probably likes it that way.

"I will describe him as a the person with the minimum profile I've seen ever," Slim deputy Arturo Elias told ABCNews.com.

In the last 15 months, however, Slim's profile undoubtedly has risen. In January 2009, Slim invested $250 million to bolster the then-ailing balance sheet of the New York Times Company. More recently, it was rumored that Slim was looking to buy the media company outright. Elias denied that Slim had any plans to do so, the Wall Street Journal reported earlier this month.

The potential fiscal benefits of Slim's growing New York Times stake -- he initially bought into the company in September 2008 -- are significant. His second Times investment was in the form of an interest-bearing bonds that stand to provide a relatively high return for Slim, 14 percent.

It represented "his coming-out party in the United States," said Armand Peschard-Sverdup, a senior associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

"Regardless of what the New York Times books say -- whether they're in the red or in the black -- at the end of the day, it's an incredible calling card," Peschard-Sverdup said.

Before the Times, Slim's calling card was, well, calling.

He garnered a large part of his fortune through Mexican investments, namely in the telecommunications industry. In 1990, he bought and privatized TelMex, the Mexican government's national phone company monopoly.Slim later acquired a cellular service license and eventually, his America Movil company grew into a Latin American communications giant, with more than 155 million customers stretching from Argentina to Jamaica.

Along the way, Slim riled critics who alleged that he built his success by exploiting his connections to high-ranking government officials who, in turn, ensured that competing communications companies were virtually locked out of the Mexican market.

"In the U.S., he would be a perfect target for investigative reporters curious about the ongoing relationships between the very rich and the very powerful politicians who make and enforce the laws," Wall Street blogger Douglas McIntyre wrote on the Web site 247WallSt.com. "If The Times were located in Mexico, Slim would probably get his share of headlines, some of which might not be flattering."

A New York Times spokeswoman told ABCNews.com in January 2009 that Slim's stake in the Times would not affect the paper's coverage of him. A month later, the Times reported that Mexico's Federal Competition Commission was looking into Slim's companies. Those companies spend more to fund defenses against antitrust cases than the "entire annual budget" of the commission, an unnamed official replies.

Michael Jackson's Biography

* Born on : 29 August 1958
* Place of birth : Gary, Indiana
* Died on : 25 June 2009
* Known as :The "king of Pop"

A superstar who spanned pop music, disco and MTV, Michael Jackson was one of the great music heroes of the late 20th century. But by the time of his sudden death at age 50 in 2009, he was known less for his music than for his erratic behavior, wild spending, and many plastic surgeries. Jackson became a singing star at age 11, when he had four consecutive hits with his youthful band of brothers, The Jackson Five. A cute youngster with a groovy Afro and a soulful voice, Jackson became the darling of fans and soon outgrew the band. He went solo in 1972 with the album Got to Be There and embraced the glitter of disco with Off the Wall (1979). After his smash 1982 album Thriller yielded seven top-ten hits (including "Billie Jean" and "Beat It"), Jackson was dubbed "The King of Pop." Jackson was an early star of MTV and an international hit maker. His distinctive wardrobe featured glittery suits and pseudo-military uniforms matched with the single white glove that became his signature; he also developed a signature dance move, the sliding reverse stroll known as the "moonwalk."

Jackson's next album, Bad, topped the charts in 1987. Then his eccentric lifestyle began to overwhelm his recording career, and Jackson became a favorite of the gossip sheets. In 1994 he married Lisa Marie Presley, the daughter of Elvis, but they divorced in 1996. Also notorious were Jackson's long series of cosmetic surgeries, rumors of exotic pets and superstar peccadilloes at Jackson's ranch estate, dubbed "Neverland", a reference to the story of Peter Pan. His marriage to Presley was followed by another brief marriage to Debbie Rowe (1996-99) and multiple accusations of inappropriate conduct with children. In 2005 he was tried on charges of child molestation and conspiracy related to his relationship with a 13-year-old boy. Jackson was acquitted on all charges after a trial that year. He became increasingly reclusive, appearing in public only behind sunglasses, tinted car windows and silk face masks; reports of lavish spending and unpaid bills became standard fare. Jackson popped back up in London in 2009 to announce a new series of 50 performances in the city's O2 Arena, but died at his rented mansion in Los Angeles before the concerts could take place. An autopsy determined that Jackson died of cardiac arrest after an overdose of the anesthetic propofol, which was being administered to him as a sleep aid by his personal physician, Conrad Murray. Dr. Murray was charged in February of 2010 with involuntary tasks.
