Café La Boheme, the most romantic restaurant in L.A. opened its Tuscan Country Villa to host the 3rd Annual Valentine Romance “Sneak Peek” Oscar Suite, which attracted a slew of stars including Vivica A. Fox, Mischa Barton, and Grammy nominated artist, Gramma Funk, to name a few.
The invitation only event co-hosted by Julique, and produced by Doris Bergman and Kathy Duliakas, indulged guests with an array of fashion for him and her, stunning jewelry, fabulous footwear, romantic get-a-ways and delectable goodies.
Caught up with gorgeous Sofia Milos trying on a fabulous gown by Ali Rahimi, which would look great on the red carpet. Hope she picked up an elegant evening bag by Menbur, to match her ensemble. Others enjoying Blue Angel Premium Vodka, and La Boheme’s 5-star cuisine, included Billy Zane, Kevin Eubanks, Scott Baio, and Grammy nominated artist, Gramma Funk who stated, “I have been to a few gift suites before, but nothing like this one.” She was also pleased that guests brought toys to donate to Children’s Hospital, for Love Cures Cancer. A rewarding day for everyone indeed.
Alana Stewart, actress, and author, and President of the Farrah Fawcett Foundation, hosted an evening in support of the John Wayne Cancer Institute at the David Yurman boutique in Beverly Hills.
Guests were treated to cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and had the opportunity to view the designer’s newest jewelry, timepieces, eyewear, and couture collections.A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited the Auxiliary.
Some of the celebs attending the reception included John Wayne’s sons,
Patrick & Michael Wayne, Cheryl Tiegs, Jacqueline Bisset, and Barbara Davis. They are all looking forward to the Odyssey Ball, which will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on April 9th. The “True Grit” Award will be presented to Alana Stewart, and “The Duke’ Award will be given to Ruth Weil, who is a huge supporter of the charity
